Rain Creek Construction is a family owned and operated company in Southwest WA. Bill and Sonny, Father and Son, make a dynamic team as custom home builders. They really complement each other in their work ethic and desire to create beautiful custom homes that reflect their customer’s desires.
Sonny and Bill have worked hard to establish Rain Creek as a respected community partner. They have both volunteered for numerous organizations throughout Southwest WA and the State. They each were active members of the State (BIAW) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Bill is also the past president of the Building Industry Association.
Being a family owned custom home builder has been rewarding and we have been proud to receive several awards for our service and building ability over the years. We are please to be part of the building industry in Southwest WA and work hard to be responsible community members.
